Preorder Terms

From time to time, we may offer products available for preorder. Preordering allows you to reserve a product before it becomes generally available.

•            Payment: Full payment is required at the time of preorder.

•            Delivery Dates: Estimated shipping dates will be provided, but they are subject to change due to production or logistics factors. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

•            Cancellations: Preorders can be cancelled within 14 days from the order date for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

•            Refunds: If we cannot fulfill your preorder due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and refund your payment in full.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in RON, EUR or USD. Prices may change without notice. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

Our services are available internationally. You’re responsible for complying with your local laws, taxes, and import duties when purchasing from abroad.

Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
