Processing Time
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Times & Costs
We ship our products both within Romania and internationally. Our delivery partners ensure your new sunglasses arrive safely and on time:
- Domestic (Romania): Orders within Romania are shipped via Sameday Courier for fast and reliable delivery.
- International: Orders to other countries are shipped via DHL or FedEx. We choose a carrier based on your location to ensure the best shipping speed and reliability.

Customs and Import Fees
Any import duties or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount – your local customs office can provide more information. That said, we will do our best to find you answers, so don't hesitate to contact us if you need help understanding potential charges.
In case you fail to pay import taxes and the package is returned to us, we will refund only the amount remaining after deducting the return shipping costs and any packaging fees. If the package is destroyed or not returned to us, we will not be able to issue any refund.
Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party delivery services or external events.
