Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange your sunglasses within 14 days from the date of receipt if they meet the following criteria:
- The sunglasses are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- They are returned with all original packaging and accessories included.
Please note that if packaging or accessories are missing or damaged, a deduction may be applied to your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return or exchange:
- Contact us via the form on our website or email us at office@nocturnaframes.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
- We’ll review your request promptly. If eligible, we'll send you detailed instructions along with a return shipping label and a waybill number.
- Securely pack your sunglasses in the original packaging, including all accessories provided.
- Attach the provided return shipping label and clearly mark the waybill number.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return results from our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This cost may vary from the original shipping fee. We will confirm exact costs once your return request is received.
Inspection & Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item:
- We'll inspect the product and notify you regarding approval or any issues within a few business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 days.
- Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card company.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 days after confirmation, please contact us immediately.
Possible Fee Deductions
We reserve the right to deduct fees from your refund if:
- Accessories are missing or damaged.
- Original packaging is missing or damaged.
Any deduction will be clearly communicated to you before processing your refund.
