The Amber–Tortoise Obscura Duo is a quiet dialogue between color and shadow. Its front is cast in honeyed amber, glowing softly as if lit from within, while its arms and interior carry the storied tortoiseshell pattern – think of amber as daylight and tortoise as dusk, meeting at the temple. Each frame is carefully hand-cut and bonded from Mazzucchelli acetates. Polarized lenses with UV protection merge the perspectives. This two-toned frame is not about being noticed; it’s about expressing duality quietly – you are both sun and shadow, present and untouchable.

Specs:

• Frame Size & Fit: A small, round 42⭓28⭓145 mm frame, thoughtfully engineered for a close fit. The dual acetate layering adds visual interest without adding bulk, keeping the frame comfortable and lightweight on the face.

• Material: Bi-layer Mazzucchelli acetate, with a translucent amber front fused to tortoiseshell temples. Each pair has unique marbling where amber meets tortoise, highlighting the care and precision of its creation.
